Beyond The Wedding Day

We have a variety of Event Spaces at the Hotel, however our Grand Ballroom would cater for Maximum of 300 Guests.

Once your Wedding Date has been confirmed, our Wedding & Events Team will make contact with you Six Months Prior to your Date to ask for a Second Payment, and much closer approximately 2-3 Weeks our Team will arrange a Wedding Final Details Appointment to discuss all the Finer Details of your Entire Day at the Venue.

All options will be chosen prior & during your Wedding Final Details Appointment with our Team, 2-3 Weeks to your Date.

We do have a Preferred Suppliers List, a List of Suppliers who we would highly recommend and have a great relationship with at the Venue.

You are welcome to consider suppliers closer to your location, but we would ask for all those details prior to any confirmation.

We offer a range of 78 Bedrooms & Suites at the Hotel.

Guests can arrive to check in for 16.00 & Check-Out is 12 Noon.

Due to our Offering of Silver Service for our Wedding Receptions, we do not offer a Menu Tasting, due to this tailored service for your day.

Yes all items are included as standard.

We would ask for you to consult with our Wedding Team prior to arranging Wedding Favours for the Meal Reception, as these are at the Venue’s discretion.

Yes we do offer both a Cake Stand & Cake Knife inclusive in our Wedding Packages, however couples are welcome to arrange and bring their own personal items for the day.

We offer our Bar License within the Grand Ballroom until 1.30am, with Residents Bar until 3.00am.

An initial payment of £1,500 is required to confirm a Wedding Date with the Venue.

This can be paid in instalments. Please note Deposits are considered as Non-Refundable & Non-Transferable.

We would ask for a second payment which is 50% of final balance six months prior to the date. We would ask for Full Payment seven days prior to the date.

We offer a Two Week Hold for a Provisional Wedding Date to allow Couples to speak to other suppliers before confirmation.
