To have and to hold from this day forward................... The Manor House Country Hotel is the idyllic venue for your Civil or Humanist Ceremony. Our civil license means that you can get married and host your Wedding Service & Evening Reception within our entire surroundings.

Our highly experienced wedding team will be with you every step of the way ensuring every detail of your special day is taken care of to perfection. From the moment you confirm your booking we will be on hand to guide you in the months, weeks and days before you big day.
Depending on the number of guests, this will determine where your Civil Ceremony takes place. We are fully licensed and happy to help you with making contact with the local registrar at the appropriate times.
Spoilt for Choice
We offer a variety of locations for ceremonies, The Grand Ballroom, The Burns Suite, Drawing Room, Fisher Suite and the Lady of the Lake Cruise are all licensed to host civil and humanist ceremonies. Please note the number of guests is likely to determine where your ceremony can be held.
We can cater for ceremonies every day. Sunday Ceremonies are usually Humanist Ceremonies.
Ceremony Room Arrangements
We will arrange your room however you wish, you may prefer semi-circle style or perhaps theatre style, we can arrange the room according to your personal preference.
We will position your celebrant's table which you may want to adorn with your own floral arrangements to suit. We take time to dress the room with pristine white leather chairs and any other arrangements we have discussed with you prior to your big day.
We provide you with ongoing ceremony planning advice, and on the day, we can also provide a PA system with your choice of background music.
Whilst your ceremony is underway, our Wedding Team will be on hand to ensure every detail is completed to perfection.

Ceremony Rooms
Your ceremony can take place in a range of rooms, including the Lady of the Lake Cruiser depending on numbers and your personal preference.
Seating
Seating is placed theatre style offering guests the perfect view of your ceremony. If you wish to arrange flowers or other décor for your seating, this can be arranged with you
Audio Visual
We offer microphone and speakers to enhance the ceremony and if required we can arrange your choice of music to be played via speakers adding to the celebratory atmosphere
Personalised
You might wish to have a harpist or other live music at your ceremony, perhaps you want to further dress the room with flowal arrangements or candelabras. Our wedding team are happy to discuss any arrangements with you.
