This is the perfect escape for food lovers keen to explore some of the best locally sourced, expertly prepared food Fermanagh has to offer.

On arrival to the luxurious surroundings of the Manor House Hotel, you’ll be treated to one of our signature cocktails designed to showcase our range of specialist local spirits.

A selection of handmade canapés will accompany your welcome cocktail, tickling the taste buds for the experience ahead!

That evening, you’ll enjoy a four course fine dining meal in the Belleek restaurant, with breathtaking views of Lough Erne as the sun sets. The specially crafted menu features the finest local produce Fermanagh has to offer including the world famous O’Doherty’s Black Bacon.

At lunchtime the next day, you’ll be transported via our luxury coach to nearby Enniskillen, Ireland’s only Island town, to take part in the 5* rated ‘Enniskillen Taste Experience’.

The guided walking tour takes around 2.5 hours, stopping at various locations to sample the culinary delights of the town’s local businesses. You’ll enjoy an array of tastes and nibbles along with a bit of story-telling and a few alcoholic beverages, so having the Manor House coach to return you to the hotel afterwards is ideal!

Also included in this two night package is a delicious breakfast on both mornings of your stay, and of course full use of our leisure and spa facilities.
