To ensure the smooth running of the Hotel and Front of House and ensure that all customers who visit or contact the hotel have their expectations met and exceeded. That the 4* standard of the hotel is consistently achieved by maintaining high standards in accordance with Hotel policies and procedures. To constantly promote the hotel at every opportunity in order to maximise revenue. To work as part of the wider hotel team; motivate & lead the staff to promote a positive image of the Hotel at all times. This role is to ensure that the Front of House runs effectively on a continuous basis and that the 4* standards are constantly met. Ensuring that an efficient and welcoming service is provided at all times and that we continue to exceed the expectations of our customers.
5 GCSEs at C or above, to include Maths and English
Enthusiastic and Organised Person, ability to multitask
Flexible approach to work Excellent communication skills
Good standard of literacy and computer skills
Previous Hotel/Reception Experience, although training will be give
Experience in customer facing role
Cash handling experience
Food and Beverage Staff & Breakfast Waiting Staff

The successful candidates will join our professional Food and Beverage Team. The hotel currently operates with a 2 AA Rosette Restaurant, Cellar Door Bar and Bistro, Exclusive Watergate Bar, Lady of the Lake Cruiser with onboard food and bar facilities, as well as a number of Banqueting suites and Bars. There are extensive opportunities for the successful candidates. They will be friendly, outgoing and highly motivated. They will have an excellent eye for attention to detail and have a proactive approach to any tasks assigned to them.
