The 4* Manor House Country Hotel is currently recruiting for a Leisure Manager to join our established management team. 

The ideal candidate will have at least 2-3 years’ experience in a similar role, and preferably in a similar setting.  They will be positive, enthusiastic and personable, an excellent communicator and have a hands on approach to their role.  They should also be flexible and adaptable to their duties, be an effective delegator and have the ability to manage their time and duties effectively.  They should be able to show evidence of successful staff management, and a proven record of driving and achieving standards.  They should have experience of training staff and developing and maintaining Standard Operating Procedures in their previous positions. 

This is an excellent opportunity to join an award winning outlet in the stunning backdrop of the Fermanagh Lakelands.

Previous relevant experience strongly desirable but not essential as full training will be provided. Applicants should have excellent communication skills, be flexible with regards to hours, have high standards of presentation & be a team player.
